The client was referred by the owner of a Saudi lighting wholesaler who has long collaborated with us. Meanwhile, the client conducted a comprehensive background check on our company via our official website. They planned to place a large order for commercial downlights to stock supplies for renovation projects of local shopping malls, office buildings and star hotels. We invited the client and their partner to our booth during the exhibition held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The client put forward clear and definite requirements:
We encountered three major challenges during communication and order fulfillment. First, the two types of downlights differ greatly in thickness and overall dimensions. Traditional loading methods led to low container space utilization for large engineering downlights and compact slim downlights. Second, the goods needed to be delivered to distribution warehouses across multiple Saudi cities. Each individual SKU required separate packaging and labeling, resulting in heavy sorting workloads. Third, repeated revisions to the text and graphics on outer packaging tended to disrupt the established loading and shipping arrangements.
To tackle these problems, our sales and warehouse teams calculated loading ratios repeatedly. We adopted mixed loading of products in different sizes and optimized carton dimensions, making full use of space to fill both containers completely. Goods were sorted and packed by destination warehouses, with exclusive storage codes and labels attached to each product. A dedicated staff was assigned to follow up on packaging revisions. Production and stocking were arranged in batches immediately after the artwork was finalized. We maintained close communication with the client to confirm every detail, and all issues were resolved smoothly.
Upon cargo arrival, we provided a complete set of SASO certificates and customs clearance documents free of charge, and assisted the client with on-site random inspections. For after-sales service, we established a dedicated client file and conducted regular follow-ups on project operation and sales performance one month and three months after delivery. Free replacement is offered for products damaged under non-artificial conditions, and 24-hour online technical support is available to fully address the client’s concerns.
