The owner of an Australian electrical wholesaler who has cooperated with us before referred his industry partner to our company. The new client also conducted a thorough background check on us via our official website. The client intended to place a large order for Australian standard switches and sockets to stock up for local high-end residential renovation and commercial projects. Later, we invited the client and his partner to meet us at the industry exhibition in Sydney. After initial communication, they highly recognized our product quality and professionalism, and we officially launched the cooperation.
The client put forward clear requirements. First, all switches and sockets shall strictly comply with Australian AS/NZS safety standards. Thirdly, the cutout dimensions of recessed socket panels require extremely high precision. Improper packaging protection may cause slight deformation due to extrusion, lowering the finished product yield.
To solve the above problems, our warehouse team calculated loading plans repeatedly and optimized the size of inner and outer cartons. Large and small products were mixed and arranged alternately to maximize container space, ensuring full loading of both containers. Meanwhile, we packed goods separately for retail and engineering channels, with exclusive labels for each SKU to completely avoid mixed loading and wrong delivery. For the protection of precision panels, we adopted customized thick foam for individual packaging and strengthened protection for recessed panels to prevent extrusion deformation throughout the process. We maintained frequent communication with the client to confirm all plans regarding packaging, loading and shipment, and all difficulties were resolved successfully.
After the goods arrived at the port, we provided SAA certificates, quality inspection reports and customs clearance documents free of charge, and assisted the client with inspection and warehousing.
